Terms and Conditions – OLC Website

1. Definitions

• Website: An electronic platform through which OLC connects sellers and buyers.
• Seller: Any farmer, trader, company, or business that offers products on the website.
• Buyer: Any user who makes a purchase through the website.
• Product: Goods offered for sale on the website.

2. User Account

• You must register using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• OLC has the right to suspend or close any account if false information, fraud, or misuse is detected.
• User accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or rented to another person.

3. Orders

• Any order placed by you is considered a purchase request. The purchase agreement becomes valid when OLC sends a shipping confirmation.
• Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), including applicable taxes, and may change before order confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods include cash on delivery, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, and bank transfer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
• OLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies when the issue is related to the customer.
• The order must be received by the customer or an authorized representative. If delivery is refused without a valid reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

5. Return and Replacement Policy

• You may return a product if it is damaged or not as described.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by OLC if the error is caused by us. If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Seller Responsibility

• The seller is fully responsible for product quality, descriptions, images, specifications, and compliance.
• OLC acts only as an intermediary platform. In the event of a dispute between the seller and the buyer, OLC will attempt to resolve the matter amicably; however, legal responsibility remains with the seller.
• Selling products that do not comply with Egyptian standards or applicable laws is strictly prohibited. Such accounts may be suspended or permanently closed immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the OLC website, including designs, logos, images, and text, belongs to OLC and is protected under copyright laws.
• Copying, reproducing, or reusing any part of the website without written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

• OLC makes every reasonable effort to ensure that information on the website is accurate; however, we do not guarantee that the website will be completely free from errors.
• OLC is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss resulting from misuse of the website.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Egypt.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• OLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes become effective from the date they are published on the website.
• Continued use of the website after changes are published means acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
