How Do You Handle Market Price Fluctuations?
We operate using two pricing systems:
- Spot Price: Updated regularly based on market movement and global prices
- Fixed Contract: Fixed pricing for 6–12 months for clients purchasing large volumes (+50 tons)
What Shipping Methods and Lead Times Do You Offer?
We provide:
- Domestic transportation
- Sea freight via FOB Alexandria or CIF to the client’s port
Estimated lead time ranges from 20–35 days depending on the order and destination.
Do You Provide Samples Before Ordering?
Yes. We provide olive oil or olive samples free of charge, while shipping costs are covered by the client.
Sample preparation typically takes around 5 business days.
What Are Your Payment Terms?
- 30% advance payment upon order confirmation and contract signing
- 70% via CAD or upon delivery
For long-term clients, we may offer 30–60 day payment terms supported by a bank guarantee or Letter of Credit (LC).
